This Pennsylvania dairy farm named after its proprietors James and Wendy, joined the Arlington Farmers' Market in 2008, ably filling the milk void. Now, each week shoppers can take home fresh milk that is pasteurized but not homogenized and available in whole, lowfat, and nonfat versions. The stand also offers buttermilk, cream, half & half, flavored milks (like chocolate or strawberry) for the kids, free-range eggs, butter, and a few cheeses, including goats' milk.
